REMARKS

• SPOT rates are subject to space availability and airline’s acceptance at the time of booking
• All flight times, routings, and transit times are estimated only and are not guaranteed; the airline reserves the right to change schedules, routings, and flight times without prior notice
• The airline reserves the right to change the booking, flight, and/or allocated capacity at any time, including after confirmation, due to operational requirements
• The airline reserves the right to split the shipment into multiple batches/flights if required for operational reasons, without prior notice to the Customer
• The airline reserves the right to reweigh and/or remeasure the shipment at acceptance; any discrepancy versus the declared weight/dimensions will be charged according to the actual figures recorded by the airline
• Evolution Time Critical s.r.o. acts solely as forwarding agent and is not liable for delays, schedule changes, capacity changes, or shipment splitting caused by the airline.

 

OUR OFFER INCLUDES

• Pick up at the named place of origin (Consignor’s premises); loading onto the collecting vehicle is arranged on the Customer’s behalf as a courtesy service,
• Export customs clearance (arranged on the Customer’s behalf; Customer remains the exporter of record)
• Export security screening
• Export terminal handling charges (THC)
• ir freight from origin airport to destination airport
• Actual surcharges (fuel, security, etc.) applicable at the time of shipment
• Import terminal handling charges (THC)
• T1 transit document (up to EUR 25,000 guarantee value)
• Delivery to the final named place of destination.

 

OUR OFFER DOES NOT INCLUDE

• Loading of goods at the Consignor’s premises remains at the Consignor’s risk; any physical loading assistance by our driver is provided as a courtesy and at the Consignor’s own risk
• Import customs clearance at destination (including any local broker fees)
• Import duties, taxes, VAT, and any other government-imposed charges at destination
• Commercial insurance of goods (available on request)
• Unloading at the named place of destination (Consignee’s responsibility)
• Any additional costs not caused by Evolution Time Critical s.r.o., including but not limited to demurrage, detention, scanning, customs inspection/control, storage, or airline-imposed charges
• Any costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or late information/documentation provided by the Customer.

 

CONDITIONS

• The free time for loading and unloading is 2 hours; waiting time beyond this will be charged accordingly
• The quotation is calculated based on the information provided by the Customer; the final invoice amount will be recalculated according to the actual weight and dimensions confirmed by the airline
• Unless otherwise agreed, Evolution Time Critical s.r.o. – General Terms and Conditions apply
• The Customer declares that they have duly acquainted themselves with the wording of the General Terms and Conditions of Evolution Time Critical s.r.o.,
• This offer is subject to continued space and rate availability
• If the shipment contains wooden parts (pallets, packaging material), the Consignor must ensure these are fumigated and/or heat or chemically treated as required for international transport
• Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT
• Risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to Evolution Time Critical s.r.o. (as carrier/forwarder) only once the goods are loaded onto the collecting vehicle; loading itself is performed at the Consignor’s risk.
