REMARKS

• Subject to space availability and airline’s acceptance at the time of booking,
• All flight times, routings, and connections are estimated only and are not guaranteed; the airline reserves the
  right to change schedules, routings, and flight times without prior notice,
• The airline reserves the right to change the booking, flight, and/or the courier’s seat/capacity allocation at any
  time, including after confirmation, due to operational requirements,
• The airline reserves the right to deny boarding to the courier and/or reject the shipment at check-in or
  security, based on its own procedures, without prior notice,
• The airline reserves the right to reweigh and/or remeasure the shipment at check-in; any discrepancy versus
  the declared weight/dimensions will be charged according to the actual figures recorded by the airline,
• 100% of the quoted amount is payable upon cancellation after booking confirmation,
• Evolution Time Critical s.r.o. acts solely as forwarding agent and is not liable for delays, schedule changes,
  denied boarding, or shipment rejection caused by the airline.

OUR OFFER INCLUDES

• Pick up from the sender and delivery to the airport of departure,
• Air freight (on board courier/hand carry) from the airport of departure to the airport of arrival,
• T1 transit document (up to EUR 25,000 guarantee value),
• Delivery to the final consignee.

OUR OFFER DOES NOT INCLUDE

• Export/Import customs clearance (including any local broker fees),
• Import duties, taxes, VAT, and any other government-imposed charges,
• Commercial insurance of goods (available on request),
• Any additional costs not caused by Evolution Time Critical s.r.o., including but not limited to demurrage,
  detention, scanning, customs inspection/control, storage, or airline-imposed charges,
• Any costs arising from incorrect, incomplete, or late information/documentation provided by the Customer,
• Any costs resulting from denied boarding, flight cancellation, or shipment rejection by the airline or
  authorities.

CONDITIONS

• The free time for loading and unloading is 1 hour; waiting time beyond this will be charged accordingly,
• The quotation is calculated based on the information provided by the Customer; the final invoice amount will
  be recalculated according to the actual weight and actual dimensions of the shipment,
• Supplier must provide a valid MRN/standard customs entry at the time of collection,
• Small packages will be taken into the cabin as hand luggage whenever possible, as this is the preferred option,
• Carriage as hand luggage is subject to airline acceptance and to hand luggage size/weight restrictions,
• Packages exceeding permissible hand luggage specifications will be checked in as baggage for loading in the
  hold,
• Carriage on board is permitted only subject to the airline’s security procedures and at the airline’s discretion,
• The courier must hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, health/transit requirements) for all countries on
  the routing; any denial of boarding or entry due to invalid documents is at the Customer’s/Supplier’s risk,
• While Evolution Time Critical s.r.o. makes every effort to provide routing solutions within current travel
  regulations, extraordinary circumstances (e.g., health, security, or geopolitical events) may arise; airlines and
  local government officials can deny boarding or cancel travel at any time,
• Unless otherwise agreed, Evolution Time Critical s.r.o. – General Terms and Conditions apply,
• The Customer declares that they have duly acquainted themselves with the wording of the General Terms and
  Conditions of Evolution Time Critical s.r.o.,
• This offer is subject to continued space and rate availability,
• Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
