New deputy managing director appointment for Evolution Time Critical, plus opportunities for operations and sales staff in Europe and North America
Following a period of sustained business growth, emergency logistics expert Evolution Time Critical has appointed Graham Little as deputy managing director. The promotion of Little, who previously held the position of head of business development, comes as part of a company-wide expansion that is the culmination of an intensive recruitment drive in the UK, across Europe and North America. Continued growth marks the increased automotive industry demand for the company’s specialist premium freight services, which provide a supply chain safety net and enable the adoption of higher risk production strategies by a quickly evolving industry.
“We are delighted to appoint Graham to his new role following his tireless, tenacious work helping to grow Evolution Time Critical’s global reputation and customer base,” says Brad Brennan, Evolution Time Critical managing director. “Having joined the company 11 years ago, he understands the nuances of our business and of the global automotive supply chain. In addition to growing our European customer base, he spearheaded the sales success experienced since we first began offering premium freight services to North American customers in 2013, and has delivered vital, complex projects for customers as far afield as China and South Africa.
“Since our takeover by Metro Supply Chain Group in 2016, Graham has been instrumental in delivering sales growth in Europe and North America at a rate exceeding expectations,” he continues. “The greater responsibility afforded by the new deputy managing director role recognises Graham’s success, and enables him to positively influence the wider business.”
Evolution Time Critical’s latest announcement marks the promotion of Graham Little to deputy managing director, the appointment of a new UK operations manager and an expanding pool of new operations staff in the recently established Atlanta, GA control centre. The company is also recruiting for two new European sales persons in the UK and Germany, and for two further sales positions in North America. A new global operations manager role will also be created later this year.
“Evolution Time Critical prides itself on the rigorous training of its staff and proactive recruitment programmes – we are proactively increasing personnel at this time to ensure that we continue to maintain perfect delivery records while demand for our specialist services continues to rise,” says new deputy managing director, Graham Little. “I am both delighted and excited by this new opportunity, and look forward to helping the company achieve continued growth, nurture existing partnerships and welcome new customers.”
